Thankful for our Thankful Tree

We have so much to be thankful for.  I am especially loving our tradition of having a Thankful Tree.  Each day (or almost everyday) in November each person gets a leaf.  They write their name on one side and something they are thankful for on the other, then they hang it on our tree in the center of our kitchen table.  The blessings they have written down range from guacamole to Heavenly Father's plan.  It is truly fun to listen to what the kids come up with each day.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

I am Thankful for Family Time

With the kids out of school all week, we decided to go have some fun.  We went to Lego Land.  We had a great time squirting each other from the Pirate ships, cruising on the sky cruiser, being eaten by a lego shark and Max even got his Driver's license.

Halloween Night

Halloween was a huge day and night for us.  It started out with Gracie's birthday party.  In the afternoon we carved pumpkins and of course at night we had a great time trick or treating.  (Claire is not in this picture  because she was already off to a Halloween party).

In case you can't tell what everyone's costumes were...
Parker -UPS Man
Claire Fairy (not shown)
Ellie- Super Ellie
Gracie- Nancy Drew
Max -SpiderMax
Piper- Beautiful Butterfly

Gracie's Birthday Party

On Halloween morning, we had a Halloween carnival to celebrate Gracie's 7th Birthday.  It was so much fun!

Piper really enjoyed the bounce house!
